This page covers the migration scanner and the migration plan request form on studio.mufatech.com. Theme support requests are handled as described in each theme's support policy.
What the scanner collects
When you scan a store, we request public pages and public API endpoints from that store, the same data any visitor's browser can load. We store the resulting report for 24 hours so repeat scans load instantly, and we count scans per IP address for one hour to prevent abuse. We do not store your IP address with the report.
We also keep a record of what each scan found about the store itself, such as its product count, platform and detected plugins, so we can publish aggregate statistics about online stores. This record contains no information about the person who ran the scan. When a scan runs, we receive a notification with the scanned store and the visitor's country, which is derived from the connection and not stored with the record.
What the plan request form collects
- Your email address, and your name if you give it.
- The store address, the revenue range and timeline you choose, and your message.
- A copy of the latest scan report for that store.
We use this only to reply to your request and prepare a migration plan. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Site analytics
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not collect personal data; we see totals such as pages visited, referring sites, countries and page speed.
Where it is stored
Everything is stored on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a scan comes from a person; it is used instead of a tracking CAPTCHA.
How long we keep it
Scan reports expire after 24 hours. Plan requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
